When to Paris where small publicity on postcards can always be found. Grab a couple, when I'll have small change I'll ask for an address on PostCrossing ^_^

Yesterday I received a letter from my australian penpal :)

Done a couple of days ago : everything going outside of France was posted, along with a postcard for Finland throught Postcrossing.

The postcard was received soon enough. Still I haven't ask for another postcard. With the last postcard I didn't have enough fun for ask for another postcard to send.

I'll see later. Next thing to post : a special postcard from Paris for a friend dreaming of this nice city.

Oh gosh... I couldn't resist : ask for an adress and sent a postcard within two days : for Finland.

I've got my main blog back but first I need a new layout and a new organization, so this lj isn't going to dissapeared in the next hours ;)

So : on a more postal note !
I've sent a postcard I was suppose to send 2 years ago. Now it's done !
I've also sent a letter to Germany and have nothing to do on a penpal plan. Now, I can go back to Postcrossing.

but ! ( yes, there is a but )

I may move at the end of the month so I will wait until I get confirmation of that.
It's a bit sad since I've already post my actual address by the world, consequently if someone do a fb for me or something it might never come to me.... sad :(

Oh and the official date for re-openning of my post office is 19th March.... gosh I can't wait until march !!

I made a stop by the postoffice and I had to make a choice : send a letter or a postcard.
I decided to post a letter. So the surprise letter I had to send to Germany with a postcard in it is not on it's way :D

Another letter for Germany with 2 unused postcards in it is waiting it's turn.
Along with a postcard for Brazil
And a last one for Canada.

Yes, you can conclude that I've bought the 4 postcards I had to buy :D

I don't know how long it will last. Probably not long since I only have 2 enveloppes and 2 postcards. Still, I know I'll have fun to buy the stamps for those postcards and enveloppes. But first I have to buy the postcards. 2 for a penpal games, 1 for a surprise enveloppe and 1 for a postcrossing swap. So that makes me 4 postcards to buy. Most will go to germany and the 2 others will go to Brazil and Canada.

Anyway.

I couldn't resist, I've bought those special envelopp for penpaling, those with blue and red stripes :D

This place isn't close because I'm waiting for my blog to be moved, than I'll probably close here and open on my domain. I'll see.

I feel like re-discovering pen-palling and the post office downtown.
In fact the nearest to me is completely being rebuilt : I guess I'll have to go downtown for the next 2 or 3 months !

Anyway, it's not really a problem : at the post office I take great pleasure to think what I should need to rebuild my stock of stationnaries. I need nice paper but can't find some... harsh !
Stil, I've found a pack of those special envelop with red and blue stripes : I couldn't resist :)

Yesterday I sent another super exchange to Greece and a letter to my australian penpal. From him I know I'll receive answer pretty soon but for now that's all I can do. I don't have any penpal ( nor have the money for it ) and I have loads of fb's and games to give.

I think it'll have to wait : first I want to renew with Postcrossing.

Talking about crossing : my step-mother is having fun with bookcrossing. Since she doesn't understand anything to internet I fill information on my bookcrossing account and she releases the books 1 000km away from where I am ^_^ What a team !!

With my new activity, I've been posting a lot :)
Sometimes I take the occasion to buy a stamp.
That's what I did a couple of days ago : now I have a letter to send to USA :D

I'm seriously thinking on closing this account. I'll move all my postcrossing and bookcrossing thing to my main blog. I'll see that later.

I've found a book from BookCrossing :)

I've send a package this week. I took the occasion to buy a stamp for the international. I still have photocopies to make for Greece but I also have a letter for Canada that need a stamp.

Been inspired the other day. I put my name on the doorbell for the postman and the next morning I received a package :)

I knew about that package, it's from my family. Some clothes...

Anyway, here is something interesting. The letterbox in town will change :D
I love the new ones :)

I posted two letters, but I had to do it and posted a letter for Canada, now only 4 letters remains. I'm impress. I never thouht I'd score that :) I can even say only 3 since there is a postcard that I don't really want to post... anyway.

Along with that I realized that international stamps ( at least those for Americas, Oceania, Asia and non european countries ) are 5 cents cheaper than before :D The post girl made my day XD

I sent a letter to my step-mother because she sent me a nice cards saying how much I mean to her. Since she likes penpaling I took my nicer and favorite stationary and wrote a little thanks. Ah well, if I don't use it I'll never do it. It been years since I have that stationnary, it is time to use it :)

Tomorrow I'll have some photocopies to do, I'll end up at the post office so I'll try to by a stamp for international and post it :)

Oh gosh, stamps are more expensive since 1st October... why ? Because gaz is expensive... grr !

Now a national stamp is 0,54€
An european union stamp is 0,60€
And an international stamp is 0,85€
Which is much more expensive than it was before.
Hate it !

No I'm not dead. Yes, I'm still alive. I even posted a letter to United Kingdom yesterday :)

I know it been months since my last entry but when you're poor you can't afford a stamp :/
Anyway, yesterday I received a letter from my step-mother and since she likes postage and penpaling, I had to reply. I did so ( and the envelop is lying under my laptop :/ ) and too the occasion to change a letter I wrote for a fb game. Since there already was a stamp on the envelop I posted it along with an important letter for a job.

A couple of months ago a print a list and now I have to make some copies... no money no candy so it'll have to wait. Moreover I have school to pay first.

I really hope I'll be able to get out of the bad period of my life soon.

I received my first return to sender today :D

I was expecting one. It's often what happens in penpalling and games related to it. People move...

Remember that letter I had to send with a 1€ stamp ? Well it came back. It was a game with 10 stickers in it. The stickers are now mine and I have the games and Fb's I had joined with it but the best thing is the sticker from the danish post.
It's bilingual !

PS : I know the layout is all screw up. I have to find a new source of layout that will include that upper and ugly bar.

I have no luck with BookCrossing even if I've moved from south of France, I still not live in a city really into that. Just a little bit more than the previous one.

The good bookcrossing are still in Paris or Lyon. With my eternal luck I'm between the 2... anyway !

I've finally dropt the 2 books I had catched in march ( I think ) and they were also catched. I can't wait to see when they'll be registered.

As usual I've catched a book and kept it. Its a big book on Versaille. I don't know when I'll read it. At the same place the next day I've catched a book on a murder in Ancient Egypt Era. I'll read and release it. I don't like to keep those books. They are made to travel. It's just that some of them are too interesting !

Actually it's my penpal's opinion but he's my only australian so its the same ;)

But that's not the subject of the post. He kind of surprise me. In a bad way. I know he's a bit retarded ( mentaly ), I can see it from his writting and his way of saying thing.

He's kind and I thought he was more than a pseudo-ecologist with idea that he really believe in. As usual I'm deceive by human nature. He told me something about homosexual marriage and that federal government had outlaw it a while ago. Good for him. I guess it was on the news when he wrote his letter anyway, he followed with his opinion the question :

"It's unnatural and evil"

I know I did something I shouldn't but couldn't resist. Its not because he seems retarded that he can't have a discussion with someone or think by himself. I told him my opinion. As a bisexual of course it wouldn't go in the same way ! lol ! I didn't tell him my sexual preference but did ask him why he think such thing and explained him, because such argument implies the Bible, what God really meant. I didn't do it like a teacher or like I am superior to him or anything like that. I did it by question. I like to ask question, it forces people to think. I'll probably send it tomorrow.

The number of envelop on my desk is growning slowly but I can manage ;)

I finally found a solution for my stationnary problem. I'll use simple Harry Potter paper I have and use the lonely enveloppes. Than I'll be able to use the matching paper and envelopp but not before I can get rid of those ugly yellow-creammy envelopp !

Yesterday I received a letter from one of my canadian penpal.
I was happy to get news from her :)

Anyway, I reply but on 3 different set of paper. Which is a bit of a problem since I have more envelopp ( and not all of the same size ) than paper... consequently one of my set of paper will always be not correctly fold because of the envelopp size... I hate it !!

Anyway, its not interesting but its fun ;)

I have some books who need to be release but I'd like to do it according the title.
One is a question of cat who move mountains. I'd like to find somekind of mountains but there aren't anything related in town, nor anything related to cats... Ah, playing bookcrossing is hard ;)

I still have 2 postcards to find and send... and some letters to write and send too before playing again to postcrossing. I miss playing postcrossing... I'd like to have a map of the world to pin each place from where I receive a postcard.
